How we use information
Submitted information is used to review your request or submission, to evaluate commercial fit, to coordinate samples, documentation, testing, and logistics where relevant, and to contact you about the opportunity you submitted.
We may use aggregated and anonymized information to understand market activity. Aggregated information does not identify you or your company.
Confidentiality of commercial information
Buyer identities and buyer contact details are not published on the marketplace. Buyer demand is shown in anonymized form only.
Supplier contact details are not published publicly. Supplier information is shared with a counterparty only where it is necessary to progress an opportunity you have asked us to pursue.
Documents and storage
Uploaded documents are stored in a private storage location. They are not publicly accessible and storage locations are never exposed on the website.
Accepted formats are PDF, JPG, and PNG, with a maximum size of 10 MB per file.
Retention
Submissions are retained for as long as needed to evaluate and support the commercial relationship, and to meet legal and record-keeping obligations.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information you submitted by writing to info@exchangehoney.com. You may also ask us to stop contacting you at any time.
