These terms apply to everyone who uses the Exchange Honey website, marketplace, and submission forms.
What Exchange Honey is
Exchange Honey is a business-to-business marketplace and brokerage platform for commercial honey. It helps commercial buyers and supply-side businesses discover each other, compare specifications, coordinate samples, documentation, testing, and logistics, and progress opportunities toward a transaction.
Exchange Honey is not a consumer store. The platform does not process retail orders, carts, checkout, escrow, or payments.
Eligibility
The platform is intended for businesses and commercial operators. By submitting a request or a supply submission you confirm you are authorized to act for the business you represent.
Listings and submissions
Information about honey lots, specifications, volumes, documents, and capabilities is supplied by third parties. Submitting supply does not guarantee publication, buyer interest, pricing, or a completed transaction.
You are responsible for the accuracy of everything you submit, including specifications, documents, certifications, and export representations.
No guarantee of transaction outcomes
Exchange Honey does not guarantee product authenticity, legal compliance, regulatory acceptance, performance, delivery, or the outcome of any negotiation. Buyers and sellers remain responsible for their own due diligence, contracts, testing, and compliance obligations.
Status labels
Statuses such as Company Reviewed and Documents Reviewed describe a review step only. Company Reviewed means the business identity has been reviewed. Documents Reviewed means submitted documents have been checked for completeness. Neither status guarantees product authenticity, legal compliance, performance, or a successful transaction.
Sample marketplace data
Sample listings and sample buyer requests are displayed to demonstrate the marketplace interface. They are labeled as samples and do not represent live availability, live demand, confirmed specifications, or commercial terms.
Honey Index
The Honey Index is under development. Preview elements do not represent current prices, offers, benchmarks, valuations, or trading advice.
Acceptable use
Do not submit false information, upload malicious files, scrape the platform, or attempt to identify anonymized buyers. Do not use the platform to solicit consumers or to misrepresent origin, quality, or certification.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Exchange Honey is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, from reliance on third-party supplied information, or from any transaction between users.
